Uh, I'm not sure who "bemerson" is, but he/she copied my previous post verbatum, right down to the part about my girlfriend. Check my post dated June 21, 2007 titled, "Atlantis Sounds and Microsoft Vista not compatible." Maybe my post was worded so well that someone felt they needed to plagiarize it ...

Zooming in and out in full-screen mode
I frequently use the F9 full screen mode option (great tool by the way.) I'm wondering, is there a way to zoom in and out while in this viewing mode? For example, I've got a document open that's zoomed at 120%. For whatever reason, I'd like to bump it up to 150%, but I want to do it without exiting ...

Neither Robert's or Admin's solution worked. I have selected the deep blue color scheme. My blinking cursor is indeed yellow as Admin has suggested, but my I-beam is black and very thin. It's like something is overriding the default Atlantis setting. I did fail to mention that I've gone into Control ...

I-Beam Text Select problem
I've got my Atlantis screen set to blue. No problem there. However, the mouse pointer, or what I refer to as the text select I-beam, is black and very difficult to see. Anyone out there know how to change it to white so I can see it moving around the screen?
Thanks so much!

Well, like I said in my original post, " Unless of course, there's some kind of switch in Atlantis that already lets you do this. If that's the case, please pardon the fruitless post. " Thanks for pointing the switch out. That's all I was looking for. No, it doesn't quite work like I was hoping it ...

Uh, well, that's kind of what I said in my post. So no, that didn't help. My point is, why make us hunt for obscure "hints" of a menuing system, when it could simply become visible when the mouse approaches the top, left-hand side of the screen? In other words, exactly how Word 2003 works. But no ...

Drop-down menus in full-screen mode
When I press F9 to go into full-screen mode, I can still access Atlantis' drop-down menus by moving my mouse pointer up to the top left-hand side of the screen, and then clicking in the general area of where a particular menu is. Try it and see. They're there, but only as tiny slivers of black. You ...

Well, the posted beta update isn't working so well with the sounds and Vista. Now whenever I press one key, it's like someone is pressing 10 keys on a piano at the same time. It's really crazy. Plus, there's still a bit of a delay. But it's no big deal. I realize that this is only a beta version ...

Atlantis sounds and Microsoft Vista not Compatible?
I just upgraded my computer to a new Dell Inspiron with Vista Premium installed. As an avid Atlantis user, I naturally made the move to install Atlantis. So far, all is well. It's working great. However, I have not been able to get the sound feature of Atlantis to work properly with Vista. When I ...

Spell check underline color
My Atlantis is set up to display a blue writing screen, not the traditional white as displayed on initial installation. As such, when I encounter a misspelled word, it's underlined with a light blue squiggly line. However, I prefer red. Is there any way to change that? I went into Tools | Options ...

Default Zoom
Currently, when you open a new document, it defaults to 100% zoom. I'd like my new documents to default to 110% zoom. Is there a way to do that? I looked throughout the forum for this info, but it doesn't seem to have been addressed before. Thanks.

Page Numbering Question
When entering a page number, as in Insert | Page Numbers | OK , I'm taken immediately into the footer view. I presume this is so I can edit or add to the page number. That's all fine and well, but I don't like to have to close out the footer before I can get back to my document. Is there a way ...

Two-Page Viewing Mode
I'm a writer. And as a writer, my brain really loves to see my manuscripts in two-page viewing mode. This mode lets me read through my stories as if I were holding a book in my hands. It's very conducive to good writing - at least for myself. Atlantis has a two-page mode, and for what it is, it ...

Thanks
Thanks guys. I'm so used to using the Alt + Tab key combination, that it's just natural for me. I do realize however, that it's a MS convention, not especially Word. The Ctrl + Tab key combo is working fine for me now.
