Hot Key
You can close any application by pressing Alt+F4.
But the "Exit" command was missing from the list of the Atlantis's commands. Now it is available through the "Tools | Hot Keys", "Tools | Toolbars", and "Tools | Menus" dialogs. If you associate the "Exit" command with a hot key, you could use this hot key for closing Atlantis minimized to the system tray.

It would be better if we could as an eg. use ctrl+1 to close to system tray and ctrl+1+1 to re-open from system tray. in other words hold down ctrl and double press 1. This would cut out hundreds of hot key combinations.admin wrote: You can close any application by pressing Alt+F4.
