Backup my setup of Atlantis

Which files do I need to copy to create a backup of all the preferences/ toolbar design etc ?
Atlantis.ats Atlantis.ini INSTAL.LOG MySettings.ats

I am making a key backup folder with all my zips, + ini files or other preference storages. That together with the registration numbers list means I can restore my whole setup if necessary.

You could simply pack the entire home folder of Atlantis (by default, "C:\Program Files\Atlantis\"), and put a zip file to your backup folder.

You also might want to export and save the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Rising Sun Solutions, Inc.\Atlantis.1_x
This key should be reimported into your registry when/if restoring Atlantis.
