Problem RTF file

What is it about this file,
http://members.cox.net/shawn.mcdermott/ ... _sheet.rtf, that prevents Atlantis from opening it?

The correct URL for this file is

http://members.cox.net/shawn.mcdermott/ ... _sheet.rtf

Atlantis cannot read it most likely because it contains as yet unsupported features such as frames, text boxes, tables.

I got 3 pages with only sections breaks (new page) on it. Obviously the fields used in this doc are not shown.
