Hi: would it be possible to add an option to automatically replace a single space between sentences with a double space?

Greetings--
Also do not forget that line spacing can be one of the Paragraph characteristics of a Style. Your text will have the desired Paragraph characteristics simply by applying the preset style. What's more, individual styles can be assigned hot keys.

The responses that follow seem to be talking about LINE spacing. Am I mistaken in my belief that the question was about the difference between:

"My name is Max.(space)I am at home" and
"My name is Max.(spacespace)I am at home"?

Greetings--
There are 3 ways to go about this, two manual and one semi-automatic:

Manual 1. Click "Tools | AutoCorrect Options..." Click on the "Rules" button next to "Smart Space Management". Check "Allow double space between sentences". Type 2 space characters at the start of each new sentence.

Manual 2. Select the target paragraph(s) or document, press Ctrl+H, then search for "period + space character" and replace with "period + 2 space characters".

Semi-Automatic. Click "Tools | AutoCorrect Options..." Click on the "Rules" button next to "Smart Space Management". Check "Allow double space between sentences". Remove the period character from the "Space AFTER the following punctuation signs" field. Still in the "Tools | AutoCorrect Options..." dialog, enter "period + space character" in the "Replace:" field, "period + 2 space characters" in the "With:" field. Close all dialogs. When you have finished typing any text, click "Tools | AutoCorrect..." Atlantis will offer to replace "period + space character" with "period + 2 space characters".

Cheers
