Spellcheck Dictionary - KJV Words

Post by acant05 »

I need a spellcheck dictionary for Atlantis that has the KJV Bible words. Is this available? I have several other programs that use the Addictive Software spelling compiler and it has a KJV-Apocrypha dictionary.
Thanks.

Sorry, but we do not have the KJV Bible spellcheck lexicon. If you have the KJV Bible words as a wordlist (a plain text file, one word per line), you could use it in Atlantis. Just put your wordlist file to the "C:\Program Files\Atlantis\Spellcheck\Lex\" folder on your disk, then choose the "Tools | Options... > Spellcheck > Spellcheckers & Dictionaries..." command of Atlantis, and use the "Add..." button (below the "User dictionaries" box) to add your wordlist to the list of the user dictionaries of the selected spellchecker.

Thanks, I was able to generate a word list from my Bibleworks software. If anyone needs this I can email the file.

I'd like a list of Biblical names & places. I use the NKJV, ESV, NIV & NLT so I don't need the Elizabethan english words.

Sorry, BW will not generate just a list of names and places but it includes ALL words in A specific version, not 3-4 versions. The files I have already generated are KJV and KJV+KJV Apocrypha. So if you want a list of all words in ONE of your versions, I can generate it. Please email me at acantley@iname.com...
