I have just had to re-install Atlantis after a hard disk failure. I am now looking for a way that I can save my customisations of Atlantis including menu settings. I understand how to keep copies of my modified templates but I would also like to keep other settings (just in case).

Tools | Options… > Save to File… button.
To restore the saved settings:
Tools | Options… > Load from File… button. Simply point Atlantis to the previously saved “Atlantis.ini”.
