Background colour

Hope this is not a dupluicate I already sent this message but it did not appear.

How do I change the colour behind the document page?
Somehow I changed it to bright brioght green which is hell on my eyes!

I checked all the Appearances options in Control Panel but i can't find a setting that has this colour.
(Win2000)

Have you tried "Tools | Options..." > Colors tab > "Page Background" in Atlantis?
