Hi,
It is already available.

Go to Tools | Options… > View tab

Uncheck “Full Screen” mode hides: > Scrollbars

Thank you.
So new request now: Vertical toolbar in Full Screen mode normally hidden, visible only upon "touching" the right end of the screen with mouse cursor.
