You can open the "Page Settings" dialog if you double-click the page margin area on either side of the document rulers, or the interpage space in the document window.Many commands of Atlantis can be invoked using their assigned keyboard shortcuts (or simply "hot keys").
Note that the Help topics refer to the default hot keys of Atlantis. The actual hot keys in your Atlantis might differ if they were adjusted through the "Tools | Customize | Hot Keys..." menu command.
