Well, well! It seems to be something to do with WebRoot. If I turn it off, copy from FireFox, and paste into Atlantis, it works right. Turn it back on again--same copy on the clipboard--and I get junk again. I'll talk to WebRoot. How much would you like to bet they'll fob the problem off on Atlantis ...

Well, that doesn't seem to have done much. I copied a word off of FireFox (this forum, in fact), ran the little utility, which reported no problems, and then tried a paste into Atlantis. Garbage, as always. I'm wondering if it might be something in one of my antivirus or anti-malware programs, but I ...

It only seems to happen when I've copied from FireFox, not from anything else. However, I can copy something from FireFox and paste it successfully into any other text processor or WordPad. I've tried your drag-and-drop idea. It does work, but that's no solution. Way too inconvenient and cumbersome ...

Pasting something copied from FireFox
Whenever I paste a word I've copied from FireFox into Atlantis the result is garbage. What's wierd is that I can paste from the same copy several times and get different garbage each time. BTW, this doesn't happen when I paste into any other text editor, only Atlantis. Any ideas?

Well, great. Before, I couldn't keep it from happening. (BTW, it wasn't the whole scroll bar that was missing, just the "thumb." I should've said that.) Now I can't make it happen. I went back in to do the screen capture you asked for and, sure enough, it's fine. So, for now, thanks and never mind ...

Lost Scroll Bar
I've recently run into something strange. It appears to be only on one document. When I open up the program and the document opens with it the vertical scroll bar does not appear. (It doesn't appear to happen unless this document is the one that comes up displayed when Atlantis opens.) I've found I ...

Not Saving Cursor Location
Atlantis no longer always saves my cursor location in .rtf files. Sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn't. At least it doesn't always restore the document position when I open up. BTW, when it doesn't work right it takes me to the last page of the document, not the first.
