I'm getting the same error message. It happens on startup, I click OK, but the startup process proceeds no further. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it hasn't helped. I still get the error message, then lockup.

Just wanted to add my voice to the chorus of those who would like an option to use the old toolbar interface. I don't see the new, ribbon-like interface as an advance. Avoiding the ribbon was one of the primary reasons I purchased Atlantis.
