Terry-- Do you have a printer installed? If there isn't a printer installed in your system you will get an error when entering print preview or changing the document margins. Even if you don't have a printer you can still install a generic printer driver.

Is there a way to insert a character from the Special Symbols with a Hot Key? You could use autoCorrect options to replace certain personal codes with a special symbol. (Notice the special symbol button near the add button) For instance replace "&dag" with the dagger symbol †

I do not see any difference between Favorites in the File or View menu. And I cannot insert this into the main menu, when I drag it there, the cursor shape is a No sign. I tried both auto and black and there isn't any difference.

Is anyone else able to get a print preview from the envelopes dialog? I'm getting a blank screen.

Work OK here. Could not exceed margin in Page Setup - the program asked me to accept minimum margins but I could do it in Print Preview mode for my laser printer (< 0.43 cm from top, bottom and sides). Showed that it would be clipped. Hmmm I guess this is just some quirk with my printer-- HP ...

I tried deliberately running the margin out of my printers printable area (.1") but the preview doesn't seem any different than the old preview. Atlantis isn't indicating what would be clipped.

I also get the same error when I click on the print preview button. It's worse though because Atlantis stops responding completely. Can only end the program by pressing ctrl-alt-del.

OK. That's how I had it but just wanted to make sure.

As for the error-- I get it on any documents (even newly created) that I try to change the margins on.

No-- this didn't happen with older versions of Atlantis. Now I'm getting this error anytime I try to change the margins (columns or not). I've tried rebooting and I still get it. Should the Hyphenation.dat file be unzipped in C:\Program Files\Atlantis\Hyphenation.dat or in it's own folder like this ...

I keep getting an access violation when changing the margins. The document has multiple columns. I am trying to apply the margin change to the whole document.

Another thing to consider is that Atlantis already uses a tabstrip across the bottom for bookmarks.

One thing to watch out for. If your paragraphs contain any scattered bold formatting and you update the style to all bold. Every time I try using the latest (c3 beta) Atlantis stops responding after I type 3 characters in a newly created document. No error messages-- it just freezes.

I reinstalled the (c2) and everything works as it should.

Tried the (c3) again and encountered the same problem.

I agree with Ringo. I was thinking about posting the same request. Maybe a checkbox or button (up near the fullpage preview button) that would allow to switch back and forth between the new (b8+) and old type preview.

I removed all the paths from the 'Open Dialog' but left it locked. Now, there doesn't seem to be a way to unlock it.
