sorry if this is an obvious and simple question; i simply don't know how to do this. i'd like to begin the pagination on a project starting count at page 1 at the third page and progress sequentially. can someone describe how to do this? thanks very much.

hi - when i'm working with a RTF document over 20 pages the typing becomes extremely slow and difficult, it could take one second to delete each character, etc. it's not the computer (new up-to-date machine). the sluggishness seems to be based on the size of the document. is this consistent with ...
