Why has the "Suggested Saving Documents To" option been removed from the "Options, Load/Save page

This has caused me much trouble until I found that it had been removed from 4.2.0.1

I'm trying to setup a new installation of Atlantis.
I want to have it set so that once the first page is completed, the second page appears on the RH beside the first and not underneath the first page.
