I think there was such a feature before. When you can sort a selection alphabetically, and identical lines are highlighted. But I cannot find it in version 3. Only sorting is available. Was this feature removed?
The "Sort paragraphs" commands suggest to select the duplicate paragraphs if the corresponding optional message is enabled in the "Tools | Options... > General > Optional Messages..." dialog of Atlantis.
