Printing to a custome page size

Occasional user here, currently using Atlantis 4.0.0.2.

I've been making a photo book with square pages. I wanted to add some text, so needed to print it too to a square page. For the sake of demonstration, I went to File > Page settings, and set a page size of 15 x 15 cm. Atlantis presented me with a square area to type in. I saved the result as a Word .docx.

I printed it from Atlantis, using the PDF-XChange for ABBYY driver that comes as part of ABBYY FineReader 12 and PDF Transformer+. Atlantis printed it as a portrait-format oblong, not a square.

I then opened the same .docx file in Softmaker's TextMaker 2018 and printed it using the same driver. TextMaker printed it as a square, as intended. Sample .docx file and screenshots attached in a RAR archive.

Assuming I haven't misunderstood something, is this a bug? Please can Atlantis print a square page square?

Also, although Atlantis allows you to define custom page settings, it doesn't seem to let you name and save them, which would be nice.

You can check if version 4.0.1.1 prints your document correctly.
