REMOVE TOOLTIPS

The Atlantis tooltips are a nuisance and get in the way. I don't need them and would like to turn them off. How can I do this?

If you mean the popup hints of the toolbar buttons, they cannot be turned off.

If you mean the detailed “Advanced tooltips” displaying when you hover the mouse for a few seconds over the toolbar buttons, you can turn them off in the "Customize Toolbars" dialog:

To access this option, choose the "Tools | Customize | Toolbars..." main menu command, or right-click the toolbars and choose the "Customize..." command from the popup menu.
