I tried out some of them, e.g. the possibility to create a portable copy of Atlantis as a clone from the existing non-portable one (either in order to use both of them or in order to replace the non-portable one).
This and various other procedures which I have tested worked perfectly without any issues. And once more the Help section of the Atlantis website is an excellent source as it explains all new possibilities in a clear, understandable way. The details about portability can be found here:
