Hi,
I am trying to replace an old search with only a Find term through the Find/Replace sidebar and add to it a Replace with term under a new name. It only gives me the option to replace the old search with the new and does not add the Replace with term that is in the current search. How do I create a new search with the same Find term but a different Replace with term?

Are you trying to save under a new name or an existing name?
Works for me as expected in both cases.

Hi admin,
I am trying to save under a new name, but when I click on Save Current Search… I am only given the choice to save the current find (but it does not save the Replace with) as the saved Find name it presents which has the same Find term and does not have a Replace with. Seeing that your computer works differently than mine I am dropping this.

Possibly I still do not completely understand the situation.
But here is additional info:
Atlantis does not offer a dialog to edit a saved search. All you can do is rename a saved search, delete it, or replace it with the current search.
So if you need to create a new saved search that is similar to an existing saved search:
1. Load the existing saved search to the “Find/Replace” panel by clicking the “Saved Searches | <saved search name>” menu command of the “Find/Replace” panel.
2. Modify the current search in the “Find/Replace” panel.
3. Click the “Saved Searches | Save Current Search...” menu command of the “Find/Replace” panel. You can specify a new name for the saved search to be created, or the name of an existing saved search to replace it with the current search.

Hi admin,
This did work.
What I have done dozens of times, and the only way I have done it, is to do a search manually and see that I get the result I want. Then I open the Find/Replace Control Board panel, click Search options, click Saved searches, click Save Current Search…, enter the name of the new search. Only with the current version of AWP 4.4.1.3 has it ever limited me to replacing an existing Saved search, even if it found what it called the same saved search it would allow me to save my manual search under a new name.

Re: AWP 4.4.1.3 can't save search with added Replace with
No changes have been made to the “Saved searches” feature of Atlantis in the past few months. Version 4.4.1.3 should not work differently in this regard compared to older versions.
