Atlantis Windows 7 to Windows 11

Have so far managed to merge Windows 7 to Windows 11. But in Atlantis (which was registered correctly), I can't find a program like .ini which has all my old docs and customizable keys. All is on my external hard drive. Could you tell me what program has all this information? And how to put it on. Many thanks from a non-nerd who's going crazy with the rest of the merging!

I am not sure that I understand what you mean by "a program like .ini".
