Why not use dark title when dark mode?

A minority opinion here from someone who does not use dark backgrounds ...

If you are talking about the grey bar with FILE EDIT FORMAT, etc., I want to say that I think it looks very nice as it is in the graphic. The grey provides a pleasant and muted contrast to the black.

It is not about the menu bar. It is the title bar above the menu bar.
