Split a document

I would like to see Atlantis offer the option of splitting a document into multiple documents according to a specified delimiter. If I have "foo.rtf" and enter five instances of "=+=+=+=+" at specified locations, the split file function would create foo1.rtf to foo5.rtf in the same folder where foo.rtf is found.
