I went to print a custom sized envelope and ran into a printing problem.
I specified an envelope sized 7.5" wide by 5" high, I checked the print preview and all the margins were correct but when I went to print the envelope, the return address showed only about the last third and the posted address was far to the left of where it should have been.
Can't figure what I did wrong. Any ideas would be appreciated. Using version 1.6.1.3

First, your version of Atlantis is very old. I strongly suggest you upgrade your copy of Atlantis. The latest version is 1.6.5.1.
Do you have this problem if you print "standard sized" envelopes (I mean envelope sizes supported by your printer)?
Have you tried switching to a different feed method in the "Tools | Envelopes..." window of Atlantis? Please note that you might also need to adjust the proprietary settings of your printer (click "Print" in the "Tools | Envelopes..." window of Atlantis, then click the "Properties..." button).
