Imposing pages for printing a collated book
I may have asked this before, but has anyone experimented with other programs that will take the output from Atlantis and impose the pages properly so that I can print the book ready for collating? Or is there some way I can do that within Atlantis?
Could you please be more specific: how do you need the pages to be printed, and how do you plan to collate them?

I need to print it so that in a 40 page booklet (with the first couple of pages unpaginated), pages 2 and 33 are side by side, and 3 and 32, etc. -- 17 and 18 are in the centerfold when the pages are stapled together.
