How do I assign a toolbar to a hot key?

How do I assign a toolbar to a hot key?

I would like to show and hide the formatting toolbar quickly. Can I assign it to a hot key? If not, this would be a useful feature.

Sorry, but you cannot show/hide the Atlantis toolbars through the keyboard.
