How to invert the toolbars

It would be helpful to me if I could invert the positions of the General and the Formatting toolbars. I have tried the search string of:
"invert the General and Formatting toolbars"
but, to no avail. I can't imagine that it's very difficult - probably read right through it. What say you, Robert?

Hi Charles,
As things stand, no such command is available. But you could use a workaround. It will involve tedious work, but it is feasible.
1. Open the “Tools | Toolbars…” dialog.
2. Remove all the commands that you don’t want on the General toolbar.
3. Remove all the commands that you don’t want on the Formatting toolbar.
4. Place any suitable commands on your General toolbar.
5. Place any suitable commands on your Formatting toolbar.

Thanks, Robert. that's a pretty insightful method of resolving this. Now, I just have to decide on whether I'd get too confused. Oh well, it's all correctable.

In case you lose track of what was or wasn't present on your toolbars, and you want to go back to your previous layout, you can save your current configuration to an INI file, and reload it if you have second thoughts.

"Tools | Options... > Save to File..."
