This may be a bug, I'm not sure.
Steps to reproduce:
1) open Atlantis.
2) press windows key + (right arrow) to get Atlantis to take up right side of the screen.
3) minimize Atlantis by mouse clicking the minimize button in the upper right of Atlantis title bar.
4) Restore Atlantis by mouse clicking the Atlantis tab on windows task bar.
Atlantis does not restore to right side of screen but comes up floating in the center of the screen.
Most other programs will restore to the right side if minimized from the right side.
This may me with the 'dialogue boxes too big' issue I was asking about in an earlier post.
