Copy all the styles to a blank file
I want to create anther file with the exact same styles. Is thee a way to copy all the styles from one file and paste them into a blank file?

See the manual http://www.atlantiswordprocessor.com/en ... plates.htm to create a template to use. You can start a document using the template of your choice.
It is also possible to import styles from a template or document using the Styles form into an existing document.
Of course a brute force method would be to just erase all of the content of a copy of the old document (the styles will still be there) and start a new one.
