Find or list hyperlinks?

Post by Aitch748 »

The Control Board [F6] has a heading list, a bookmark list, a section list, a style list, a character-format list, and a couple of other things.

Might it be feasible to add a list of hyperlinks as well? I have been running some old Markdown documents to Pandoc to convert them to DOCX and couldn't find a good way within Atlantis to track down the hyperlinks in the new DOCX files. (It's kind of tough to find the links if they all look like plain text.)

Hi,
You cannot use the Atlantis Control Board, but you can use the Atlantis Navigation Tool. Simply select the object to browse (i.e. “hyperlink”), and press “Ctrl+PgDn”, or “Ctrl+PgUp”, depending on whether you want to go down or up the document. Alternatively, you can click the “Previous” and “Next” buttons of this same Navigation tool on the vertical scrollbar.

Now you might want to change the formatting of all the hyperlinks, or edit them in bulk in any suitable way. Here is how to select them all together:
1. Press “Ctrl+A” to select the whole document, and leave the selection AS IS.
2. Right-click any of the document hyperlinks. The context menu will offer you several commands allowing you to deal with the hyperlinks:
