The table font is overruled by the original font. See example.
That's not the way I want it. I always want to keep the table-font in tables.
My question is: how to avoid this behavior? Or is it a bug?

As I understand, you mean inserting clips from the Clip Library.
By default, an inserted clip gets associated with the formatting found at the current cursor position. This is how most clips should be inserted.
To insert a clip "as is" (with its original formatting), press and hold the Ctrl key before dropping the clip, or when double-clicking the clip in the Clip Library panel.
