3.1 with toolbar customization

The customisation makes using Atlantis so much better. I've upgraded. I've used Custom 1 as my QAT, and reduced the view to one row. That makes it much less intrusive, and even better, I can autohide it until I need it!

I have just downloaded the new version, where I can have the toolbars on the left side. Excellent! But when I autohide the toolbar and I try to continue writing my document I jump further up in the document, and the last line disappears below the bottom of the screen.
