I am an origional customer from 10 years ago - had to start a new account - due to old email - lost password.
I require all my staff and students to use Atlantis - about 70 sales a year.
I've been using Atlantis among many other things to keep a daily/ weekly/ monthly diary planner.
I attach a sample version. Just two columns and a personal choice of colours.
About every 6 weeks or so I update the weeks shown.
To update I copy/ paste from an existing week then change the date numbers on the days. This is slightly fiddly and the only unwelcome task. I've tried out all kinds of other appointment/ diary systems and they all require at least as much maintenance, usually more. Plus not nearly as flexible and simple.
Please feel free to take and adapt.
Of course if there were any clever way to add the weekly batches of date numbers that would be great. But that's clever stuff.
Old weeks can be deleted or shunted to the bottom page as archive.

I'm glad you find my little diary of interest. It has served me faithfully and efficiently since the second year of Atlantis.admin wrote:Do you mean that you would like to have a keyboard shortcut or a button that would insert something like the below text (with actual day numbers of the current week):
MON 23
TUE 24
WED 25
THU 26
FRI 27
SAT 28
SUN 29
I'm not sure what I want to be honest.
Just that it's fiddly putting in those 7 lines. I can Paste in another week but then I have to change the numbers and I frequently make mistakes then I have to redo several weeks of them.
I'm pretty sure you'll be able to get the effect you want with PhraseExpress
